Ab Dienstag, den 1. Oktober um 10:15 Uhr bieten wir im TG-Studio Krafttraining für Junggebliebene an.
Neben dem Kraft- und Muskelaufbau hat Krafttraining positive Effekte auf die Knochendichte und das Bindegewebe, auf das Risiko von Stoffwechselstörungen und die Herz-Kreislauf-Erkrankungen sowie auf die Psyche und die geistige Gesundheit. Konsequentes Krafttraining steigert Gesundheit und Wohlbefinden uns senkt das Krankheitsrisiko über die gesamte Lebensspanne.
Die Muskeln sind unser größtes Stoffwechselorgan, der Muskelschwund fängt ab 30 an und Frau oder Mann kann in jedem Alter auch noch mit 60+ dem entgegenwirken.
